1) What is your favorite destination, why?

This is a hard question to answer, I have loved every destination for different reasons. I loved the excitement of Las Vegas, I loved the colours of the buildings in Curaçao, I loved the colour of the water in the Bahamas, I loved the powder white sands on the Gulf of Mexico in Florida, I loved visiting a secluded beach on St. Kitts , I loved being immersed in history in England and was awe stuck and humbled by the natural beauty of Lake Louise, surrounded by majestic mountains in Alberta, Canada.

2) What is the hotel/resort that you like most? Why?

I really fell in love with Sandals Royal Carribean in Montego Bay, Jamaica. I especially loved the people and the respect and hospitality of the hotel staff. The food was amazing and the room beautiful and bright. It is an adults only resort that was located right on the beach and had its very own private island complete with a bar and pool. Just georgeous.

In training recently, I learned the resort has been renovated to include luxurious over-the-water bungalows. I will definitely have to go back to experience those.

3) What is your favorite thing to do on vacation?

I love to relax and take long walks on the beach and watch the water. I love snorkelling and seeing the local wildlife. I like enjoying lazy days by the pool and being pampered. But I also enjoy emerging myself in the culture, tasting the food, seeing the sites, and meeting the people.

4) Is there an area of travel that you specialize in?

I book just about every kind of travel but specialize in cruise vacations and luxury vacations (i.e., Sandals, River Cruises).

I have a fondness for sun and sand but I also love adventure, golf and scuba/snorkelling.

I can help you plan your singles, couple, family, specialty and group trips or to plan the destination wedding of your dreams.

5) Where was your last trip?

My last vacation included a cruise on the Royal Caribbean. My family and I went up to the launch point location two days in advance and stayed in Fort Lauderdale. We had a great time going on the Jungle Queen Riverboat Tour and visiting the famous Fort Lauderdale beach. It was like a mini vacation before our real vacation. When we boarded the Royal Caribbean, we were very relaxed. We were awed by the size of the ship, it was like the size of an apartment building. The crew were very friendly and accommodating. There was so much aboard for my family to do we were never bored (i.e., wall climbing, surfing, skating, golf, ping pong, basketball, and the list goes on). We had an outside room with a balcony and also an inside room across the hall for our teens. That worked great, we swapped one key so they could use our balcony when ever they wanted and we could go in their room too (if we needed to). Our ship visited four different destinations and we had plenty of time at each. We always went back to the ship before the scheduled time so we didn’t have to wait in many line ups and were excited to visit the next destination. We also had some sailing days which gave us time to check out the ship and do all of the fun things on board. There were shops to visit, a spa, a gym, so many restaurants and bars, a casino, a comedy venue, a theatre and a cinema, and more. The food on board was amazing and plentiful and the entertainment was outstanding.

It was my first cruise, and thought I would look out, not see land and be afraid. It was quite the opposite, it felt like I was standing on an island looking out. The boat was so big so there was no sea sickness either. The whole experience was fantastic, I highly recommend it at least once. It’s a great way to visit many destinations in one trip. You may find a destination where you want to return to in the future.

6) Is there a message that you would like to send to your customers?

Travelling is an adventure. It should be an amazing experience from start to finish. There are so many different locations with different cultures and climates, and so much to discover. There is something for everyone, whatever your reason for travelling. Let me help you plan your best vacation ever!
