Set out from San Jose to Arenal, Costa Rica’s most iconic volcano for three nights exploring the surrounding national park. A volcano and hot springs tour takes you to the highlights. Including a wide variety of plants and Arenal Lake, and offer you the chance to dip into the thermal waters of the volcano. Keep your eyes peeled at all times for Costa Rica’s incredible range of wildlife. You never know who might drop by your hiking route. A full day at leisure gives you a chance to hike the trails of the park at your own pace.

Transfer to Conchal, staying on Playa Potero, for a few relaxing days on the beaches of Costa Rica. Explore Penca and Flamingo Beaches, or Conchal Beach and Playa Brasilito a little further afield. Your time here is completely at leisure to explore the region as you will before transferring to Liberia for departure

Arenal Kioro Suites And Spa

Arenal Kioro Suites & Camp; Spa is a 5-star luxury mountain hotel with a great view of the Arenal Volcano. The hotel has 11 hectares of undulating land, surrounded by two streams (La Palma and Kioro) with crystalline waters that originate in the Arenal Volcano National Park. It has two paths where plant species can be identified.

DAY 3

Arenal Volcano and Hotsprings Tour with the Springs Resort

The tour begins with a walk along the Los Tucanes, El Mirador and El Silencio trail. It is possible to observe a great variety of plants, wildlife, magnificent lava rock formations and the Arenal Lake. During the tour the guide will inform you about the history of the majestic mountain and the park.
Following this visit continue to the Hot Springs to relax in the thermal water heated by the heart of the volcano; a bathing resort housing an assortment of natural mineral thermal pools of varying temperatures and depths, all in a beautiful tropical garden.
